CorDex 360 started on all-keys-lost calls in parking lots at 11pm — phone in one hand, Lishi in the other, quote prices on a notepad on the dash. Every generic field-service app we tried was built for HVAC or plumbing: none knew what an FCC ID was, or that a job is won or lost in the first 90 seconds of the call.
So we built our own. Every screen exists because a job went sideways without it — the dispatch board, the VIN and key lookup that names the chip and the tool, the van inventory that warns you the key isn't on board, the signature and card-on-site flow so nobody drives home unpaid.
We're locksmiths who write software — not a software company guessing at locksmithing. If a feature doesn't help you finish the job and get paid, it doesn't ship.
