Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CorDex 360, business software operated by Midwest Auto Access, LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, the business or organization you represent.

CorDex 360 is intended for lawful business use. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the service, the conduct of your users, and compliance with laws and industry requirements applicable to your operation.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity performed through accounts you control. You must promptly remove access for users who should no longer have access to your company data and notify us if you believe an account has been compromised.

CorDex 360 provides tools that can send texts, reminders, follow-ups, tracking links, receipts, and other communications. You are responsible for the content you send and for obtaining any consent required by law or carrier rules. Availability and delivery of third-party communications services are not guaranteed.

Features may connect to third-party payment processors, mapping providers, communications providers, accounting services, and other integrations. Your use of those services may also be governed by the provider's own terms. CorDex 360 is not responsible for outages, rate changes, or acts of third-party providers outside our control.

Vehicle, key, programming, inventory, pricing, ETA, compliance, and other operational information may be incomplete, outdated, or affected by manufacturer, supplier, mapping, or third-party data. CorDex 360 is a workflow and information tool, not a substitute for professional judgment, vehicle-specific verification, manufacturer procedures, or legal/compliance review.

You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter into CorDex 360. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data to provide and secure the service.

You may not use CorDex 360 to violate law, access data you are not authorized to access, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software, abuse communications providers, misrepresent identity or authorization, or attempt to bypass security or usage controls.

We work to keep CorDex 360 reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may evolve, be replaced, or be discontinued as the product develops. We may perform maintenance or make changes needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement.

Paid plans, usage allowances, trial terms, and other commercial terms are shown during signup or in the applicable order or billing screen. Third-party charges such as payment processing, messaging, or connected-service fees may be billed separately by those providers where applicable. Nothing in these Terms changes the pricing presented to you at purchase.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active billing obligations shown in your plan or order terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorDex 360 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midwest Auto Access, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these terms as CorDex 360 evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above and, when appropriate, additional notice within the service.
