Who We Are

CorDex 360 is business software operated by Midwest Auto Access, LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit our public website, contact us, join the launch list, create an account, or use CorDex 360.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, company information, account credentials, support requests, customer and job records, technician information, inventory records, uploaded files, signatures, and other information you choose to enter into the service.

We may also receive technical information such as device/browser data, IP address, diagnostic information, and usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure CorDex 360, authenticate users, operate dispatch and job workflows, send requested service communications, process support requests, maintain records, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

Customer and End-Customer Data

Businesses using CorDex 360 may store information about their own customers and jobs. Those businesses control that operational data and are responsible for collecting and using it lawfully. CorDex 360 processes that information to provide the service on the business's behalf.

Text Messages and Communications

CorDex 360 can help a business send service-related text messages, reminders, follow-ups, and customer updates. Message delivery may rely on third-party communications providers. Businesses are responsible for obtaining any consent required for the messages they choose to send.

Payments and Connected Services

Some features connect to third-party services such as payment processors, mapping providers, communications providers, and accounting tools. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies. CorDex 360 does not store full payment-card numbers when payment processing is handled by an external processor.

How Information Is Shared

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support, communicate, map, process payments, or otherwise operate CorDex 360. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

We do not sell customer operational data as a data-broker product.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted directly to CorDex 360, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-retention requirements. If your information was entered by a business that uses CorDex 360, contact that business first because it controls the underlying customer or job record.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
